What do we process?
Beef, grind whole beef, pork, moose, elk, deer, wild boar, antelope, lamb & bison.
What is your pricing?
- Beef $1.10/lb cut, wrapped & boxed- $150/head for slaughter
- Pork $1.00/lb cut, wrapped & boxed – $100/head for slaughter
- Bison $1.10/lb Cxt, wrapped & boxed – $150/head for slaughter
What can I have custom made with an animal I bring in?
- Fresh Sausage $2.45/lb
- Breakfast Sausage $3.05/lb
- Smoked Sausage $2.95/lb
- Smokies $3.05/lb
- Chubs & Cold Cuts $2.95/lb
- Sticks $3.05/lb
- Jerky $6.50/lb (minimum order of 10lbs)
Do I get my own animal back?
Yes! We take a lot of pride in ensuring every customer leaves our building with the same animal they brought in! While cutting, we only cut one animal at a time to ensure there is no mixing of cuts. For additional items, like sausage, sticks,cold cuts etc., we run small batches (minimum order of 25lb) to ensure your product is processed separately from other animals in the shop.
Do you take live animals?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept live animals in our building. We do, however, offer on-farm mobile slaughter, meaning we come to you! We feel this creates the best tasting product possible, as the animal is relaxed in its home environment, creating a tender meat product. This is just as easy, if not easier, than bringing a live animal in. All you have to do is separate the animal you would like processed, and pick it up when it’s ready at the shop. We take care of the rest!
Can I bring in wild game when it is not hunting season?
Yes! We will accept wild game any time of the year.
Are your smoked sausages fully cooked?
Yes! Ready to eat out of the package!
